It's not that easy watching the real drama as a shipment of pineapples is rejected with mould on the cut ends. The dealer now has to look elsewhere to sell them, probably at a loss. Harris Farm are the most significant buyer at these markets -  if you can sell to them it's a lot of produce moved quickly to one outlet.
