Sherry Clewlow is a chef,  nutritionist and educator who apparently give lots of motivational talks about energy. She mixed all those together to give us her opinion of processed food and a customers view of the markets. She left us with the memorable line that came from a supermarket operator talking about farmers interacting with their customers at a market - "that doesn't happen in Aisle 7" .  (She entered the room with a loud Canadian 'Call of the Wild' just so we didn't ask her what part of America she came from.)
