How about a web issue #4?
It's time to face up to the real issues. We've been planning
both TV and a reinvigorated website as a way to get back to
another print issue (we still like print ok?) But, it's been
painful and damaged a few egos, mine especially (that's
Fred). We've been making pictures, taking video and writing
stories and they have to go somewhere - soon! So, please be
patient, there will be some movement on the website (such as
our revised line on the masthead, which suggests that there
will be more recipes for a start.)
There will be some gradual changes as I tidy up the content,
then we'll let rip with a bigger format.
If you are a paid-up subscriber and you haven't received your
copy of Issue 3, please
email us, we have a pile of 'Left Address' returns.
Thank you for all the people that wanted to subscribe but
you'll probably have noticed that we're holding all subscription cheques and credit card
authorisations until we know more about publication dates.
Watch here or the Blog for
more updates.
While nothing beats the feel of a glossy magazine, here online we have
all of the content of the print editions in some form or
another. In our free 'electric' versions, as downloadable PDF from the print magazine,
as audio interviews, longer text transcripts, more pictures
or as a movie or two.
To see both recent and our Extended Material from the issue just click on the
CONTENTS
tab above, and choose your region of interest.

Go electric!
If you don't know where we've been, start here. Have a look
at Issue 3, try our high quality and
printable 'electric' version that you see below. You
can turn the pages, zoom in, print it and read it from cover to cover.

The electric version of
Issue 3, is the whole magazine, just browse, or
bookmark, you can add it to your own Blog, Facebook or
MySpace page or just forward the link to some friends. It's
all yours.
While you're waiting for the next one, there are also our regularly updated small items in Harvest and
Back Paddock, and the
Blog.
We're sure you'll enjoy both the print and online versions of Regional Food
Australia. It's time we gave the local food and travel
magazines a bit of a shake up.
