The young girls relished the chance to dress up, and looked lovely but formal dresses always seem to need to be hitched up and there was a lot of that (especially while you're trampolining.)


As it got dark someone brought out the glow rings and there were flashes of neon colour through the trees, congregating in firefly groups.
