The Samuel's Gorge winery, is perched along
the ridge that flanks one side of the deep 'gorge'
where the Onkaparinga River flows. It's a National
Park and as changeable as the seasons to walk
through.

Hot and dry in summer and with recent rains, you'll
find lush green paddocks where fat sheep can't keep
the grass down.
The play of light on the wrinkled hills and on the
lovely old buildings that make up the winery,
distracted this photographer. |
