South Australia's Tasting Australia and CheeseFest07 have
just finished and both Russell and Fred Harden where there
at various times. Russell talks about the competition
entries, describes the Champion cheese - the Washington
washed rind from Barossa Cheese Company (he mentioned them
in Ep 1. )

The judging was held at the wonderful
old Penfolds Magill Estate. The following day the awards
presentation was at the Cheesefest07 Open Day in McLaren
Vale, where many of the entrants had stalls. The hot day
melted a lot of cheese and warmed up the wine, but the crowd
didn't seem to mind.
