Russell Smith is a
Contributing Editor for Regional Food Australia. He is a
nationally recognised cheese judge (and in demand for other
food judging as you'll hear in our first podcast (or should
that be a curdcast?). He retired recently and sold his
popular fine food delicatessen at the Fyshwick Fresh Food
markets and is now concentrating on judging (and throwing
his energy and resources into helping us).
