A Photodiary is as much work as a full magazine article but we think we've got the format right with these two recent stories. One on spit roasting and eating a rare-breeds Pig and the other, our cover story on hunting  Australian truffles, with an aside on how we saw it happen in Umbria (cough) a few years back. We'd love to go back and revise some old ones, but it's better to just keep going.

Summer 2008*. This issue saw the first of our web companions to our print issues. In the print edition we visited three regions.
