Hominy Bakery, Katoomba
When
we finish a magazine story, it is fixed as far as the printed page goes. We swapped a
picture at the last moment of Brent Hersee, that's him at
right but didn't change the caption. Then there's bits we
wanted to tell, like how I ate two of these crunchy
sourdough rolls (with honey) at breakfast at Lillianfels,
asked, and was told, they
were
from Hominy, so I changed my plans for the day and
went straight there at 7.30am!
