Help using the Issuu browser
Okay, you've
clicked on
and you're having troubles. It's pretty easy to work it out,
but here's some hints that might bring you up to speed
faster.
If you can't see anything at all, maybe it's because this uses your Flash plugin.
So if you're having troubles,
download the latest Flash player. The pages load in groups as you
scroll around, on a slow connection you may need to wait a
bit but you can see by the loader bar what's happening. Once
it's all downloaded you can move anywhere in the document.
If you just want to test it out, the right and left arrows
let you move forward and back in the publication, but the
real fun is in the page turns as soon as
you put your mouse over the edge of the page, you get a
pointer or click and it will roll the page over. (Yeah
a bit retro)
You can browse a page at a time but no-one reads a magazine
like that and you'll want to jump around. That scroll bar
along the bottom can be advanced using the dots in the
middle grey bar, or the arrows at its ends.
